These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://yeat.in (the “Website”) and the purchase of products and subscription plans sold through the Website.

By accessing, browsing, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2) Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.


3) Account registration

You may need to create an account or verify your phone/email to use certain features.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraud/abuse.


4) Products (perishable) and shelf life

  • We sell perishable physical food/beverage products via the Website in INR.

  • Shelf life: Our items have a 2-day shelf life from the date of preparation/packaging (unless otherwise stated on the label).

  • Product images and descriptions are for reference. Minor variations (batch, packaging, appearance) may occur.

  • Availability may change without notice.

Storage & consumption responsibility: You are responsible for storing and consuming products as per any instructions provided on the label/Website. Improper storage after delivery may affect product quality and safety.


5) Pricing, taxes, and invoicing

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Taxes (including GST) are applied as shown at checkout.

  • We may correct errors in pricing or product information. If an order is affected by an error, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid.


6) Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

  • An order is considered accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch it (depending on operational workflow).

  • We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including: stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, address not serviceable, suspected fraud/abuse, or payment issues.


7) Payments

We accept payments through Razorpay and/or other similar payment gateways offered on the Website.

  • Payment processing is handled by third parties; we do not store full card details on our servers.

  • If your payment fails but money is debited, resolution timelines depend on the bank/payment gateway.


8) Shipping and delivery (India only)

  • We deliver within India only.

  • We use multiple delivery partners depending on availability and serviceability.

  • Delivery is scheduled based on the latest available delivery slot. Slots may include morning (6–10 AM) and other afternoon/evening slots depending on locality and operational availability.

  • We may deliver at the earliest available slot, typically same day or next day, subject to cut-off times, location serviceability, weather, courier capacity, and other operational factors.

Address accuracy: You must provide a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unreachability/refusal, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges, and perishable items may not be eligible for refund.

Delivery completion: Delivery is considered complete when handed to you/your representative or when delivered to your premises as per the delivery partner’s proof-of-delivery process.


9) Cancellations (one-time orders)

Before dispatch/preparation cut-off: You may request cancellation by emailing care@yeat.in with your order ID. Approval depends on the current status of preparation/dispatch and feasibility.
After dispatch / once prepared: Due to perishability, orders generally cannot be cancelled once prepared and/or dispatched.


10) Returns, replacements, and refunds (perishable goods)

Because our products are perishable (2-day shelf life), we generally do not accept returns once delivered, except in verified cases listed below.

You may be eligible for replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The product was damaged/leaked/spoiled on arrival, or

  • The package was tampered at delivery.

Reporting window : You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@yeat.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label (if applicable)

  • Brief description of the issue

Review & resolution: After verification, we may offer (at our discretion and as applicable):

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if you agree)

Non-eligibility examples: Requests may be denied if:

  • Reported after 24 hours,

  • Products were consumed/altered and the issue cannot be verified,

  • Spoilage is due to improper storage after delivery.


11) Subscriptions and scheduled deliveries

If you purchase a subscription or scheduled delivery plan (“Subscription”), the following additional terms apply:

A) Delivery schedule and slots

  • Deliveries are scheduled based on the latest available slot, including morning (6–10 AM) and other afternoon/evening slots depending on availability.

  • We aim for the earliest available slot, typically same day or next day, subject to operational constraints.

  • Specific time guarantees are not provided unless explicitly stated in writing.

B) Changes, pauses, and rescheduling

  • If your Subscription allows pause/reschedule options, you may manage them through your account (where available) or by contacting support.

  • Changes may require advance notice depending on the delivery cut-off for your locality/day.

C) Subscription cancellation and refund of remaining value

  • You can cancel your Subscription by contacting care@yeat.in.

  • Upon cancellation, the value of the remaining undelivered items in the Subscription will be refunded, subject to reconciliation of:

    • delivered items,

    • any promotional/discount adjustments applied to the Subscription,

    • any non-refundable charges (if explicitly stated at purchase).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to bank/gateway processing.

D) Missed deliveries / customer unavailability

If a delivery fails because you are unreachable, the address is incorrect, or acceptance is refused, perishable items may not be eligible for replacement/refund.


12) Promotions, coupons, and offers

  • Offers are subject to conditions (validity, usage limits, exclusions).

  • We may modify or withdraw offers at any time.

  • Misuse may result in cancellation of benefits/orders and/or account suspension.


13) WhatsApp and electronic communications

By providing your contact details and using the Website, you consent to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, delivery updates, support messages) via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Marketing communications will be sent where you have opted in or where permitted. You can opt out anytime by:

  • using the unsubscribe link in emails, or

  • replying “STOP” on WhatsApp (for promotions), or

  • emailing care@yeat.in.


14) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • disrupt or harm the Website (malware, hacking, scraping, abuse),

  • attempt unauthorized access,

  • use the Website for fraudulent activity,

  • violate any applicable laws.

We may restrict access or cancel orders if misuse is suspected.


15) Intellectual property

All content on the Website (brand, logos, product images, text, designs, and software) belongs to YEAT FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use it without written permission.


16) User reviews and content

If you submit reviews or content:

  • You confirm it is truthful and lawful and does not violate rights of others.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for Website and marketing purposes.

  • We may remove content that violates these Terms.


17) Disclaimer

  • The Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”.

  • Any nutritional/wellness information is general and not medical advice.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website availability.


18) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order/subscription will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order/subscription, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.


19) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YEAT FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED against claims/losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.


20) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays, government actions, network outages).


21) Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available on the Website).


22) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.


23) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
