The yEat story:

From the simple truth of missed breakfasts to the wholesome first meal of champions

We love our idlis. Dosas. Parathas. Cornflakes. And even the fluffy waffles soaked in maple-syrup.

But here is the truth: That first and most important meal of the day is often the first we overlook.
In India, one in four working professional skips breakfast leading to lower productivity and efficiency.

This was the seed from which yEat was born.
But it has a back story. One that was hispered in friends’ circles and guarded as a secret - not because it wasn’t shared but because few had the rigor or inclination to take it on.

The Back Story

It started with Sanjay, an international badminton player, whose breakfast for the past 10 years has been a carefully concocted ‘breakfast drink.’
One prepared at home, and perfected by a nutritionist.

Not surprisingly then, the yEat story took life at a breakfast table, when three friends - Sunil, Satya and Venu - were discussing their shared passion for a healthier, more productive India. Sunil, a national-level badminton player, had long understood the critical link between nutrition and performance. After all, he saw that in Sanjay, his son. Talk about our youth serving as models. Sunil had followed his son’s path, being a stickler for the ‘liquid breakfast’ for five years now. Satya and Venu too saw a nation of ambitious, driven individuals increasingly skipping breakfast, and in turn, compromising their potential. The trio recognized that their shared concern went beyond just a missed meal; it was about a nation missing out on its full potential.

They saw an opportunity for a movement – a chance to give every Indian a better start to their day with complete, no-compromise nourishment. They joined forces, to take the in-house secret and share it with the world. Their goal is ambitious and honest: to disrupt India’s breakfast habits for the better. yEat is for every high-energy individual, the busy professional, the student, the parent – anyone
who wants to start their day strong. And it is a promise of a healthier, more energetic, and more productive you.

They are now inviting you to join their revolution.
As they say, ‘Don’t skip, just sip.’
